Our acceptance of your booking will take place when your payment is processed, or, if earlier, when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract is formed between you and us.
All confirmed bookings will receive a booking reference number. If you are unsure at any time in the booking process as to whether your transaction has completed, you should telephone the relevant facility provider to check the status of your booking and obtain your reference number. Should such a situation occur Bee Active cannot accept your booking. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer.
