Code of Conduct

All attendees to our facilities must adhere to the following code of conduct:

NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

NO ALCOHOL

Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

NO DRUGS

Drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

NO DOGS

Dogs are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

NO BALL GAMES

No ball games in the car park or on pathways.

NO URINATING

No urinating anywhere on the premises. Toilets are available indoors.

NO LITTERING

All litter is to be put in the bins provided.

NO METAL STUDS

No metal studs are to be used on the 3G pitches (OSSMA).

NO SPEEDING

No speeding, parking or pick-ups and drop-offs in the coach bay or roadway.

NO FOOD/DRINK

No food or drink except water to be consumed in the sports hall.

NO ABUSE

Abuse to staff or premises will not be tolerated.

HAVE FUN

Have fun and ‘bee’ active!

We strive to make our facility hire venues fun and welcoming places to be. By following the rules above, you help to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all those who use our facilities.

Allocated time slots must be adhered to. At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel a booking. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the booking being chargeable.

Foul language, aggressive behaviour or disruption to others will not be tolerated within the location and persons not adhering to this agreement will be asked to leave the facilities immediately with no refund.
